Service Description

This 45 minute treatment helps to relieve facial tension and pressure, open the breathing channels and promotes a clear mind. This treatment includes a relaxing facial massage using marma points of the head, face and neck, the use of heat therapy and strokes for the forehead and face. It is followed by nasal administration of herbalized oils to clean and purify the sinuses. Nasya is great for those who suffer with allergies, snoring, sinusitis, teeth grinding, sleep apnea and headaches.
